- The true cost to educate a student at our school is $5,791. Thanks to the generosity of our Parishioners and donors, this tuition price is heavily discounted. No family pays this amount. We continuously work with our families to provide them resources to apply for all financial assistance that is available. Please contact the school to discuss the current tuition and how we can help make it affordable for your family.

  Tuition payment plans are available for semi-annual payments due July 2024 and January 2025 ($10 administration fee), or monthly ($42 one-time administration fee). For the 11-month payment plan, payments begin July 2024 and end May 2025; the 12 month plan begins June 2024 and ends May 2025.

  Please bring to your registration appointment your child’s:
  Original Birth Certificate
  Baptism Certificate (if applicable or outside of St. Charles Borromeo/St. Thomas Aquinas)
  Social Security Card
  Copy of Immunization Records
  Printed copy of parent’s email address
  Registration Fee: $75 (one child), $150 (two or more) paid via cash/check
  Tuition Deposit: New Families Only pay $250 at the time of registration via cash/check to be applied to your first tuition payment.

  Students must be age 3 by 9/1/22 for PK3, age 4 by 9/1/22 for PK4 or age 5 by 9/1/22.

  Students transferring from another Catholic, Public, Charter or Homeschool should request an admissions appointment (Q.1), and also provide any previous academic records at this meeting and/or via e-mail.

  We typically operate on a waitlist over the summer for grades PK3/4 and Kindergarten. As of June 1, there is a waitlist for the PK4 half day program with available seats in other grades. Please inquire for the latest information/to add your family’s name to the waitlist, if applicable.

  We welcome children and families of all faiths to our school as we honor families’ diversity and cultures. Your family is also most welcome to inquire/register for our CCD Program for sacramental preparation. Students do receive daily religious (Catholic) curriculum, and prayer is intertwined throughout our day. Students of all faiths thrive at our school!

  Yes, we do. We believe in prioritizing the health and safety of our students; a nurse is available throughout the school day.

  St. Charles Borromeo school is a safe, secure campus that is patrolled daily by a Bensalem Police officer. There are cameras throughout the school hallways, entrances and exits that are linked to the Bensalem police department. Each of our doors to enter school has a secure, bolted doorbell with a monitor linked to the main office. We screen each visitor at our main entrance and have a 3-door-point entry before a visitor has access to our school hallway.
  
  All of our school personnel, staff and volunteers (including parents who may attend field day, trips, etc.) have PA Mandated Reporter Training and Child Abuse Clearances. During your family’s tour of the school, we will be certain to showcase these safety measures.
